Stormy Bulloch

Welcome to Cedar City, St. George and all of the very beautiful Southern Utah area! Stormy has been licensed since 2000, she loves working with people and is very grateful for the success she has been blessed with. Stormy is a full-time Real Estate Broker, dedicated to providing her clients with exceptional customer service and she loves the tools provided by the CENTURY 21 system that benefit every buyer and seller she works with. Due to achieving a high level of sales volume, she received the Centurion Award for 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2019 she completed the Accredited Buyer Representation Course in order to receive the ABR Designation. She is a Realtor and MLS member of both the Iron County Board of Realtors and the Washington County Board of Realtors, allowing her to assist buyers and sellers in all of Southern Utah. Stormy has also obtained her certification for the SFR Designation (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource)!

Cedar City is surrounded by National Parks and other wonderful resort areas and recreational sites! Just to mention a few, it is only 78 miles from Cedar City to Bryce Canyon National Park, only 59 miles from Cedar City to Zion National Park, only 32 miles from Cedar City to Brian Head Ski Resort, and our newest and most popular state park located in Hurricane, Utah which is about 42 miles south of Cedar City called Sand Hollow State Park. Enjoy the ATV sand dune recreation area and the beautiful Sand Hollow reservoir with water sports, boating and fishing. St. George, Utah is located approximately 53 miles south of Cedar City. St George hosts an abundance of golf courses, restaurants and shopping!
